I have read and watched a lot of videos about you and I want you to know that you have greatly impacted my life! I love you and miss you and grieve for you as if you were my own. I know that you only spent a short while on this earth, but I also know now that you are in heaven with God and he is taking care of you! I prayed for your mommy last night. I know that you are watching over her. I pray that one day your mommy is set free and can take care of you little brother the way you would want her to. I truly love and miss you. I hope one day when I go to heaven that I can hug you and talk to you and tell you how much you impacted my life. I love you and I'll continue praying for your mommy and your family. I have spent the last two months researching what really happened to this sweet child.  She didn't deserve to live in this world under such horrible conditions.  I support her mother's effort to be released from Prison.  One person and one person alone did this to baby Kelsey and that was Micheal Porter.  I truly believe that if her mother is guilty of enabling child abuse then so is every other adult that was responsible for this child at any given time is also.  Kathy Briggs, the grandmother, and the entire Briggs Family including the father and step-mother, all of the DHS workers and those involved legally in this case.  This poor baby was failed by all of them.  If you punish one person involved you MUST punish them all.  It has been proven that some of her injuries happened while in the Paternal families care.  Free Kelsey's Mom.  She didn't injure this baby any more than anyone else in this case.  There is other evidence in this case that most people don't know about.  Do your research.  The father of this sweet baby is no angel in life and the lies are astounding.  The cause that should be taken up in Kelsey's name is to free her mother and to educate women about the evil that exists in this world that could get to their children.  RIP baby girl.

Where is the justice for Kelsey in all of this? That is the one thing I have struggled with since reading everything I could find about this case. Poor Kelsey, beautiful angel and loved child, taken from this world so soon, because of two families inability to work together and see the real truth. I have shed many a tear for her, and I understand how she must have felt, seeing that I too was sexually and physically abused as a child. It is easy to miss the abuse when that child cannot tell you who is hurting them, and when the two families cannot work together, and are pointing fingers at each other. The only conclusion that I can come up with is EVERYONE failed poor Kelsey. All will be judged accordingly by God one day, but for now I believe Raye Dawn should be allowed the chance to grieve as a mother should, as her father's family has been given the chance to do.This is not a chance for political or personal gain, this was a child's life that was taken by a violent and horrendous act! Please,free Raye Dawn, and allow her to be there for her son, I am sure that would be Kelsey's wish. Raye Dawn, do not torture yourself internally about what might have been or what you should have seen, for many mothers, including my own, often do not see those signs either. That does not mean they don't love their children, or want or need them.I personally will pray for you all everyday, and know Kelsey is watching and looking down on you with love.

to kelsey,your life on this earth was cut short babygirl but ,your laughter and smile keeps us going when time are trying ,i will always remember your smile that caught my eye ,god needed an angel ,so you go in peace and harmony now ,never having to worry only to laugh and play with the other angels, today and forever in our hearts and prayers ,may your smile shine upon us like the warm sun in the heavens ,today and forever you are misse and loved .

Kelseys story is haunting to everyone who hears it, but I am so sad that most people do not take the time to seek out the truth. After hearing so much of the paternal family's story, it occured to me that I hadnt hered much from the mother's side. I want to tell you all I think it is very classy of you to not cheapen Kelsey's name by making such a spectical! It breaks my heart that Raye Dawn was so unjustly sentinced, but as a Christian I have to believe that even in the midst of this trial, she and her family are comforted and at peace knowing that Kelsey is in a better place, God is with them, and that revenge is his. I am praying for you all that God will take this burden and give you the comfort of knowing that you are his.

Angel Kelsey, a charming soul you are!!

How can i even begin to say how lovely you were and you are, i know your soul lives on, it does in my heart and of many others.

I will never understand how could anyone be so cruel to charm such as yours.

All i can think is that evil can't stand purity and beauty such as yours.

RIP little one.I'm sure you're charming all the angels wherever you are.

You are now in the arms of Divine Grace, surrounded by light and Godly love.

I WILL never forget you and will be in the lookout for other angels like you.

You gave other children a gift when you left this world.THANK YOU ANGEL.
